there is an herb plant (most likely a sub-species) that is only grown in the wild in the mountains of Bhutan or Nepal. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the plant. It is harvested by the towns people of those 2 small nations that border china & India. Its sexual potency is much stronger than other herbs.
the only reason I know about it as I read an article about a mass-murders/massacre over this plant that took place there. I think all the males of the town were arrested. I can't find the article to as I'd link it.

I believe this is the one you may be thinking of.
One of its many uses is as follows:
Balakarak (Strengethening tonic)
Cordyceps Sinensis is an excellent strengthening tonic for convalescing patients, and patients with reduced appetite, weak blood, weakened resistance of respiratory tract and susceptibility to colds or flu can take this product orally to strengthen resistance. Cordyceps has an ancient reputation as an effective sex stimulant for male. At present day, this property has made it so expensive and important. It has been termed as 'Himalayan Viagra' or 'Herbal viagra' by the western world nowadays.
