How do you screen new mods?

Chloe I know you are serious and I appreciate your concern. I wish I could say that I was selected for my good looks, snappy repartee, and for the snazzy car I drive. I was screened, vetted, and asked to consider becoming a mod and based on the probing that was done to me, my enjoyment of this site and willingness to share, contribute, and moderate I was selected ... at least thats what I believe took place. And that is the truth

BUT to put your mind at ease I'm 6'6" 295lbs Bench 400 curl 225 and squat 940 AND I am independently wealthy owning several large food chains, restaurant lines, and movie franchises so I can handle security and the finances

Chloe thank you for your post. The administration which includes mods does not want to recognize there are perks. Not that there is anything wrong with them being there just that some of us might like a shot at the job but have no idea of the process. And the fact that neither of our questions got answered the answer is obviously N. O. Y. B. I will just reiterate that I do think the mods do a good job and it can be difficult at times but I think the benefits outweigh the stress. And a lot of those benefits continue into mod retirement. OK. I am not a candidate for mod ship so back to enjoying the wonderful ladies.

There Were perks? coupons for advil? deals at the liquor store? prescription plan? what did i miss?

No one wants to answer the question? I figure with possible federal felonies on multiply counts I would assume they would be diligent on who gets an almost all access pass.....

Now of course this site is all bull and we have a lot of fun stories called reviews in this fantasy that does not really exist but could you imagine if someone were to get busted and lie saying that all of this is real??? Does anyone know how long they would go away for in your given role here?? I certainly do and if you wanna ask me feel free to pm me.

Call me crazy, as most of you do any way lol, but in business I believe the strongest points should be with who handles security and with who handles the finances. If you screw up either everything goes wrong.

And yes there are perks to being a mod!
easy screened client (gents)
exposure to more clients (ladies)
access to the ladies room (gents)

Closing threads just because they don't like them
Not having to write reviews or contribute any longer
Free premium access while a mod and even after they retire (ie:ambassadors)

a large say and more control on what goes on here
ability to point/ban any handle here
and let's not forget everyone's favorite! The ability to be mean and not get pointed or banned as the other mods play dumb as if that was the only post they didn't read. <-- My personal favorite

I did it only for the perks. I was able to see ladies whose screening I had failed before - at very favorable rates. I loved being in control and enjoyed handing out points and bans. I drove a hard bargain and negotiated a signing bonus, a fat salary, a golden parachute, and a lot of time off. Now I am set for life.
