I also want to point out that this research was done in Canada, and what do they know? When was the last time Canada sent anyone to the moon? So maybe its not 100% accurate.

Then we should all stop sending so much money to washington. As to the amounts note that all those places are low population states. The lower numbers are high population states. So I think thats somewhat misleading. Also that money is not spent by the goverments of those states its spent by the national congress so the state governments polticial leanings really dont apply. Not that a false premise is going to get in your way.
