It's just like the business marketing strategy, if few people have it and it's only passed by word of mouth others want it and are willing to pay primo $$$ for it. There are also some high-end escorts ( who claim to be high end and charge big bucks) and then they have other personas ( sometimes as much as 2 or 3 or more) under different names and charge much cheaper rates.But hey, whatever floats your boat to make more money.
