National Black List- Take it down

For the OP, I thought I was paying for time and company when visiting a provider. BCD, while allured to, is never assured. You spent time with the provider and did not want to compensate her for that?

First encounter- Provider excuses herself 15 minutes in to use the bathroom, but really she needed a Staff edit Forbidden topic, CC. I put on my clothes and tell her I'm leaving. She demands money anf I refuse so she curses out and two days later my name pops up on NBL.

Second encounter- About 20 mins we are about to get into the GFE portion and she says btw I started my periodabout an hour ago. Hope you don't mind. You can use the shower when we are done. I decide we were do right then. Left and no payment.

I was cleaning up my side off by taking ownership of what what I could have done differently. A provider needs to take ownership when the are not professional. these two incidents are not that only time this has happen. Usually I always pay up front. Any other time this is happened Never once did I ask for my money back. So basically if I had paid it would not be for a service. I'd would be paying to protect my name.

That just isn't right. I do broker loans for 25 floor minimum commercial. If I make a mistake. I fix it. Sometimes just sometimes think maybe it might not be the John's fault.

I have not been refused by any provider due to the black list. As a matter of fact Missmelissa has made me some what of a hero as she gives me a NO referral. The other night we were laughing about her as she has always been the drama queen.

I have moved on to several wonderful providers that thrill me with their true values. The black list was in line with her hateful attitude toward her clients. Her SO fits all of the stereotypes of an AA pimp.

I'd really like to know, might start up a website like it myself, because that is the most elementary, piss poor, least trustworthy-looking website that I have seen in the last decade. Should be nothing to compete with.

I noticed several ECCIE mentions in our East Texas section, including a well known mod. I thought all the guys here were "OK". I also noticed that the last date listed was 9/2011. So eventually the OPs name will drop off naturally from the blacklist.

I agree with the others, if you don't pay or negotiate a next time if something comes up (like mother nature) then the providers have every right to be pissed off and black list your ass! You should know the old joke about how to make a hormone?...Don't pay her. Put yourself in their hgh heels and see it from their perspective and you will see that you did them wrong by giving them nothing!

The only solution is towait and see when your name drops off the list. Otherwise, go see other providers (that will have you) and keep your full name to yourself unless you want to be embarrassed futher. Man up and chalk it up to lesson learned.

A NO review does not compare to be placed on NBL with your real life information. I've never seen a hobbyist post real life information in a review! And if he did, it would get removed pronto! Try that with NBL!

Anything that promotes a hobbyists or providers safety is a good thing! People’s lives are being destroyed by NBL. The scam artists are using it as a tool! Tell me how that’s OK? The format to NBL should be changed so only people in the hobby world can see it! Like verifyhim.com. They are being sued over this, yet they won’t change. Now why do you think that is?!
