New hobbyist question

If I meet and write a review about this girl, will that be a well recognized one? Or will you women from Eccie not accept it as a review/referral?

I'm just curious to know,
Thanks,

Its not about writing the review. It's about her vouching for you. But most girls require two references so she might work for one.
oh ok. she only does email so not sure if she would answer back to vouch for someone. so maybe not a good choice. Thanks Naughty_Jezabelle

Pick a girl that is Newbie friendly here that is established as a provider. I'm not sure who is still newbie friendly so maybe some one else can chime in on that.

I think Pepper will see newbies if you book 2+ hours, and do alternative screening methods. Also, I think Alexxia used to be newbie-friendly, but I can't say for certain, or speak for Pepper for that matter! If you're going to hobby with any sort of frequency, maybe look at P411 which makes verifications much easier. I've avoided it (it's a paid service) simply because I haven't had the need, but I hear great things from everyone that has an account.

I know Alexxia indicated she was getting away from the Newbie Friendly aspect back in February, so that may be a no-go. Just poke around (all puns intended!) and you'll find someone to break you in.

Most Providers want you to know what their criteria is, so it is posted in their adds or in their showcase.

eccie is all about looking around.

I would recommend watching the Postings in "Provider Adds" and "The Weekend Lineup" and looking for the words "Newbie Friendly" in thier add. If you don't see that, the default is that they usually aren't.

You could also try clicking the "Search" tab above (light blue bar) and typing in the keywords "Newbie" "Friendly" and the "Search Now" button.

Marcus78 brings up a good point too. Many eccie Providers will let you "take a shortcut" and will substitute being referred with being verfied by P411 (which I believe, currently is $89 a year). But also as he said, if you "do your homework" you can get in good graces without taking this route.

Best of Luck,
GC007

start there grasshopper.

Don't worry, we were all grasshoppers once. Some of us are still working our way up and just know that there will be bumps along the way, but you will find gems in the coal mine.
josephme, every provider has their own screening requirements. Most of us require two...current and reputable references. *Reputable* means...someone who is an established provider...and/or well reviewed. Also, someone who is a reliable reference provider. *Current* means...someone who you've met within a specific timeframe (3-6mths.) Just check the requirements of whoever you're planning to meet and go from there...good-luck!
LN has given you sound advice. Esp with checking with a few ladies that you would like to see (NF or non-NF). If they require references, ask them what newbie friendly providers they will take as a reference and start there. When someone asks and follows the steps necessary to see me, it makes a great positive impression on me.

Even if you see a lady that is NF but wouldn't be your personal preference, treat her very well. NF providers are non-NF providers first line of defense in protecting our world and they will create your initial "reputation" for other ladies. SA has a wide selection of well reviewed NF providers, so I would be very surprised if you can't find a lady who is your "type". NF providers also are very skilled in calming first time jitters and will walk you through the process from start with your first contact, to finish when you are ready to use them as a ref and everything in between.

I know this is not mentioned very often (or at all), but when you see a provider specifically so that she will be a reference for you in the future giving her a well deserved tip will keep you forefront in her mind. She's going to take her valuable time to respond to ref requests and letting her know you appreciate that with a tip will help things go smoother for you when you are ready to hobby again. P411 is also an excellent option to help the process.
thank you for taking the time to write such detailed responses. I'm pretty sure that all the newbies from now on, including myself, can learn a lot from this thread.

Again, thank you,
Joseph
