Fiesta, SC, what's going on?

Been working to hard at my day job and ready to go out and have some fun. Never been to fiesta, so any recommendations. Are the SC's pretty good during this time or should I stay away?

This year, unfortunately I have a appointment there to do some work..and that will spoil the rest of my evening; which was to have also included a trip to an esoteric cafe and meeting of strange but wonderful musicians. Only trouble is, I would need a F16 to get from DT SA to their place in time to enjoy any of it. Right now I am naked drying off after a body scraping in prep for the later snooping and snapping .. Oh well.

It's fun if you go with friends. Laz and I are in if anyone wants to get together.

I'm a bad San Antonian. I've never been to a single Fiesta event in my life! Have fun if ya'll decide to go out. I'm going to bed I think. It sucks to get old. LOL

Basically 10 days of beer, food, music, and tons of social events, it used to be primarily downtown but has fanned out across S.A. over the years. You better hurry almost over, you only have a few days left.

I actually participated, along with the rest of the high school band I was in, in the Band Festival and the Battle of Flowers parade one year. After the parade I went to NIOSA that night. Ah to be young and invincible!

Hopefully next year I will be able to do Fiesta events on my own two feet.
