Concerning self-elevation at the expense of others - I think this a very common problem for two reasons, 1) many people try to compare themselves to others in general (work place, friends, business), and convince themselves that they are better than others in an effort to lift themselves through insecurity 2) Society still judges the "whore" poorly, maybe because many have never been with a provider.

I hope I could say what I meant , clearly. If I see a client falls for me, and I am not comfortable with that, I confront the situation myself to avoid akward expectations and frustrations.
