Best practice: get vouched at least a week in advance of any event, which dates are listed in my signature. To get onto the active invite lists, gents need a minimum of two established provider vouches for sessions from within the previous 90 days or so. The providers must send me the vouches... I don't have time to chase them for vouches.

(update) lunch attendance numbers still accurate, 23 ladies and 30 gents (we strained the kitchen a bit, as the venue had a good lunch crowd) and the after event crowd was close to 30 folks overall including several folks who were unable to attend the lunch itself. Looked like the after crowd was having a grand time when I departed at 4-ish.
