Since playin with rates...

...I decided to try out rates never in my life to approach and well got hit up from a lot of agencies too, not just naughty boys. Well, something has come to thought for me is should I join up in an agency and which ones are actually worth it for the SA and Austin area in which I enjoy partaking the scenes there, agency must be white girl friendly, dealt with some real racist groups in the past down here in SA.

In addition, to possibly being represented by a group, kinda getting annoyed with motel incall setup and looking for those willing to work with me at an incall location in both SA and Austin areas PM me with info on rates for incall I won't pay for rent in advance,btw so please don't offer it to me.Looking for serious inquiries only.

So question is simply should I get an agency to represent me or stay indy?

I say Independent but thats just my take on it. You may wish to consult with other providers.

Providers that'll be truthful would be grand but truly it isn't ideal, thats why I posted to have responses from those whom are wanting to be here not just play like they too classy for anyone around. Even so curious as to the fellas POV of some agencies around.

Wouldn't want to go with some agencies I've dealt with in the past. Overworking their new girls, no whites allowed groups,send girls on any kind of calls(recall being sent for a petite latina call, do I even look close to that), overhasslers and early clockwatchers, just would like a group that can work with a true GFE type whom doesn't overhustle her clients to where my pussy doesn't want to be wet for them. So which agencies are about representing and handling calls, cause I miss a lot of mine at times when I am available. Plus, recieve complaints to me that I wasn't there but if I was apart of an agency another girl could always be available as well that way as an indy I'm not losing the reliabilty of me taking calls. I actually do care highly about customer service, to me its most important and wandering as an indy am I good enough for it or should an agency be the right calling for me?

Actually thats the reason I avoid agencies. There seems to be more negatives than positives.

Since you're working in Austin now, you might want to check with some ladies there in GT....I have see a few that post as "indies" but are, also, on a agency call list.....so I would say go for it.....work for both..... like a lot of ladies do....

Your post references they don't want "white" girls..... kind of confused me...aheheheh...because most don't want "black" chics...so I'm not sure why you're feeling they don't want you to work for them...I have seen that most agency go for the "body" type more than the race.....which keeps a lot of us from working for an agency..... if you know what I mean......

Why not start your own agency? It's not hard, and you'll make more $$$ too! Women are more likely to join an agency run by an experienced provider anyways...just a thought.

I will NEVER book thru an agency.
If they use the same incall, too much traffic.
If I am on a short booking schedule, too much hassle.

I tried to start my own. Had a couple girls that I screened and had come work with me for a couple days. But its like effin babysitting. Seriously.. it wasn't worth the hassle. As far as joining one, I would never. I need their to be some kind of chemistry between me and the people I am working with.

Really the only reason to join a agency is if you don't have an incall of your own and you have no choice. Looks like you do have your incall already... if you are simply looking for someone to work with you or a doubles partner. Put up an ad. "looking for doubles partner" You would be surprised how many girls out there might want one as well. Just make sure you have chemistry. Because the nature of the beast is that this is a competetion. So, you need to have someone that you like and can trust and vice versa.

My opinion would be to stay INDIE... no better way than that.

I vote indy. Keep your freedom. Choose who and when you want to see someone. Keep all you earn! I have met you "socially" and know you to be charming, good looking and an entertaining conversationalist. I have never delt personally with an agency but most of what I have read is negative both to the Provider and the gent. I would think risk both personal and LE would by higher with an agency. As an indy you control your screening and you choose what to do.

When I came back from UTR in Austin I got a little overwhelmed and ended up going with M!NT. Worst mistake EVER! They wanted to change to much about me. They also sent me really bad clients! My opinion is to stay Indy! There is less drama (I promise! I thought there would be less drama with an agency, but no). You have control over who you see... how many people you see... and what kind of client you want. As an indy, you don't have to worry about pissing someone off and then not getting a client for 2 weeks and other similar crap! Please be careful whatever decision you choose!

It really is, and I'll vouch for that statement 100%. When I ran Godfather Escorts, it was nothing but baby sitting. It had it's high points, and low points like anything else though. Training newbs who thought they knew everything was the worst though.
