Is ANYONE watching "Breaking Bad"?

That's it! I thought I remembered that correctly.

I don't think the states are extremely significant, but it's pretty fucked up that guys from New Mexico are bitching about Nebraska and New Hampshire.
NNN? KKK?

I think that at the beginning of the show, the concept was really fresh and just so different that when watching it, there was more to just enjoy. Or laugh at. Or go "Oh Jesus!". There wasn't so much angst because of it ending. Makes for a different viewing "feel".

I watched The Bridge thinking that it might be really great. I couldn't get into it.

Thanks for teaching me a new word. Penultimate. I had to look it up. I just love learning new words and so thank you!

I thought that there would be more "fireworks" then there were last night. As it was, that Todd killing of Jesse's friend was the one thing that I went "wow" to. The other stuff was just interesting.

I still feel that my feelings about Walt Jr. being representative of why I don't think that children should be raised to be completely clueless and innocent still stands. I wished that he had a more mature reaction to his father's call.

I wasn't expecting Saul to be running away, either. That surprised me as well.

I didn't, either. What did Todd whisper before shooting her? Was it no offense? Are you kidding me? Originally Posted by ElisabethWhispers

Will the ending be as shocking and bloody as the Red Wedding episode in Game of Thrones?

AMC doing a rerun of the 1st season right now. Love the scene in episode 2 where Jesse dumps the body in the tube to dissolve in HF acid " I have a perfectly good tube, why do I need to buy plastic?" Hopefully the Finale won't be a flopping disappointment like Sapranos or Dexter.

I was watching 'Gray Matter', I think the forth episode last night, and I'm thinking Walt's old partners at that business are going to be part of the finale. Walt had excessive pride and whatever made him leave that company was the same part of him that caused his 'Breaking Bad'. I suspect the story of that breakup will make a sensible part of Walter's downfall.

Walt goes to his house to get the ricin. Why? He can't get close enough to Todd and his uncle's gang, or Jesse, to use it.

Who else but the Gray Matter couple? Unless he is going to use it on family, which I don't see.

What doesn't make sense about Saul going to Nebraska is that the one fairly certain thing I have heard is that if there is a spinoff of this show it will be about Saul. I read that in Rolling Stone and another source. A Studio wants Giligan to do something about Saul.

The show about Saul is supposed to be a type of prequel to Breaking Bad.

Anyone excited about seeing the show tomorrow night? Anyone planning any watching parties?

I'm just wanting to see it. Yesterday, watched a few of the episodes last night that were on the marathon going on.

And as we see in WW's character... even him, after so many transgressions begins to fall apart and struggles mightily to preserve his feelings of 'everything is OK' as the structure of the world explodes around him.

If you haven't watched the last episode, don't read below here until you have.

I really thought Jessie would come to a bad end. I'm glad that he didn't.

The show wrapped up neatly, Walter was happy in the lab at the end. Slimy sociopathic Todd got what he deserved. Uncle Jack and crew died spectacularly with the M60 doing it's thing, and Lydia is croaking.

I wonder what Walt Jr. will do with the money.
Awesome ending.

Now we finally know why Walt retrieved the ricin. Lydia liked to have inconvenient people killed, but never had any stomach for it herself. She demanded that Todd kill Walt, but Walt got her instead.

And he tells her on the phone she is dying from ricin. Nice touch Walt.
