#30 - ECCIE does not, in any way, sponsor or represent social events, meet and greets, or similar activities. On occasion, events may be announced here by our members, however, ECCIE is not associated with or responsible for such events. We are not involved with any related aspects, such as guest selection, screening, or hosting. Should members of our volunteer staff choose to participate in such an event, it should be understood that their personal involvement is of their own choice and responsibility, and in no way connected to their duties here on staff. If you are the host of one of these events, we will allow for ONE "announcement" post to inform the membership, which will be immediately locked to prevent further public discussions regarding the event.

I'm not swayed by some these posters comments, my vote is for BSer.

About 66% of the reviews in this forum have been posted in the last year, versus 33% in the prior 3years. Originally Posted by BSer

So part of the growth in this site's Pgh forum popularity in the last year is simply due to the merger. But hey, we all deserve credit, so hip hip hooray! Let's hear it for da Burgh!

Look to Houston for a couple of examples of good modtards. They post and interact as normal members all day. When they have to perform modtard duties, it is quietly and without fanfare. Originally Posted by dearhunter

Joe, I'll email you my address. I know you like emails so you can file away those IP addresses incase anyone calls your dump a dump Originally Posted by BSer
BSer, your numbers would be accurate if there was only one change. But there was not. After ASPD went under, Eraps picked up some of the slack. With Indys and eraps, the PGH Eccie forum was dead. But, after Eccie picked up Eraps and transferrered the accounts over here, the Eccie forums picked up. I am not saying they were as active as now, just that numbers which reach back to the start of Eccie do not tell the whole story. There have been many different factors involved which have brought the Eccie forums to where they are today.
