He did not point it at anyone from what I can find. The 911 caller lied. When the Cops came upon him they simply shot him while he was on the phone pointing the gun at the ground with no one around him.

Even if there was a settlement with this case by the time all the lawyers, Rev Al and Rev. Jessie were done with their shares the mother, father and stepdad would not have anything left...Rev. Al and Rev. Jessie had better hope that Mitt Romney or Jeb Bush do not make it to the White House for they will not be on the invitation list for a long time compared to Al showing up all the time now with the hands out.....

I watched the tape of Crawford and I don't see where he did anything wrong.
