I started my remote job, and I honestly haven't done jack shit since I started. I work 4 days a week, and during those 4 days, I don't even put in a full day of work.

Sounds like you have no critical skill to keep the infrastructure afloat. I'm working my ass off. To a point.

I love what I do. Of the people I work with, I like a few. I hate the unrealistic demands. So I end up making the point, in my own special way, that if the company doesn't recognize labor for what it is, it could lose a lot more than just time.
