steviewinwood, that's funny! That is not something you would EVER have to worry about, I have made the same notation in my appt book about you, based on other comments you've posted.

I read the forums a lot, but like now, it's just not usually worth posting because I don't have a thick skin and when I feel like people are ganging up on me it hurts me. But I'm a big girl, and I just wanted to voice my opinion this one time. The thing is I"M NOT INVOLVED in this, and neither is anyone but ameripro, Merci and maybe Jaci, I don't know. It's not my business and I know that. But it just seems like something bad is going on for Mercinanna and I have compassion, yes, it my be misplaced. And like the other providers who question her money problems, I've been in the business about 11 mths now and have never had trouble paying a bill, even staying as low volume as I am. But she may have bills we don't know about, or child support, or whatever. All I was doing was questioning why the members of this site like to turn on each other and get mean and nasty. I hate mean.

And ameripro, no , I in no way think you're stupid. In fact now that I know you spent 30 years in the same branch as my hero father, I have incredble, enourmous respect for you. You were being nice and it bit you in the butt. I mentioned SEVERAL times I in no way condoned what she was doing, that she was wrong. I KNOW you want your car back, it's yours, you should have it. I never said I thought you were stupid, but it just amazes me that you got no paperwork signed before you turned the keys over. It doesn't mean you gave it to her of course, but like I said it increases your liability in the case of an accident. And no, I never did finish that law degree, but came close. I use my sister who did graduate law school from SMU and passed the bar as my consultant. And I have several other degrees as well, so I'm not stupid either, and I don't think Mercianna is an angel. At all. Like I mentioned, the only reason I wrote something, which I rarely do, is all the people chiming in with slurs seemed to aim them at all providers. I certainly don't group all the guys together, not even my regulars. We're individuals, and I do read the forums. I've noticed problems with Merci before, and with her asking for money. I'm with the other providers, I don't understand that. I've never asked to borrow money, a car, a toothpick, ANYTHING from a client. I don't go in chat (never have) and try to solicit dates, I want to see between 2-4 a week and it's not a problem. I know I'm well paid for what I do and I am extremely grateful for my clients donations and the kind and thoughtful gifts they bring. I take nothing for granted. I'm very happy with my job, my apartment, and my life in general. And now chances are I'll just go back to reading and not posting. I don't see why people are upset! I was NOT defending her actions! Nor was I asking for donations for her. I'm just hoping ameripro gets his car back in good condition, no accidents, and I hope Merciannna gets help for whatever is wrong with her. Yes, I do have compassion for her, it's basic human compassion for someone who is no doubt in some kind of trouble. I don't know one single person in this world, myself included, who has not done something stupid and self destructive. And I just don't think saying hurtful things to each other helps anybody.
