Thats why I joined a gym that offered Zumba, Body Pump, Insanity, Ripped 60, and a few more classes. I love classes, an hour goes by so fast. I can do eliptical, but I get bored after 15 minutes. I still do it, but I rather do a high intensity workout. I found out the only way to lose weight and tighten up is cardio and strength training. I will be sooo happy with 150-160, with my 5'7.5 frame that will put me right where I want to be. Then I might put 130 as my weight on here lmao.
