Saw this one Friday.. if you like funny ass B movies, you will love this one.. Ya'll seen Grindhouse?

It had everybody in it!
I agree thats my favorite part of the movie right there. I love Howlin Wolf and if you watch him perform,Eamonn Walker nailed his mannerisms brilliant! Jeffrey Wright is great too and he has been in quite a few movies and been slept on,Lackawanna Blues is another amazing movie he has a great role in. IMO Beyonce as the worst acting in the movie,Columbus Short was great as Little Walter Originally Posted by caramelqtee mila

I'm a dingbat! That's why our teacher used to tell us when taking the TAAS test, don't pick up your pencil until you read the question completely

I just watched The Killer Inside Me. That movie has some scenes that are tough to watch man.
I'm a race fan, so Grand Prix, The Longest Day, and The Sound of Music.

I guess there is a huge difference between favorite movies and best movies. Citizen Kane is still the greatest movie of all time and one of my favorites. For action I like John Woo's early ones, Hard Boiled and The Killer. For romance the French classic, A Man and A Woman.

My favorite movie was Kubrick's "Lolita."

I'm what you might call a movie freak. I go to at least two movies a week, sometimes 3. My heart was broken last Sunday when Angelika shut their doors.

I like to joke with my friends that the reason I moved downtown this past Spring was so my drive to the theater would be shorter.

I'm not one of those people who researches the movie either, many of them I didn't even know the actors, language or story behind a movie. I just walk up and look at the marquis and pick on the spot sometimes. I just like going to the movies.

Whereas my best friend has to read all the reviews and research every movie. He treats the experience as though the movie has to advance him forward in life somehow.

I think it all started when I was about 6 and my dad and I would stop at the El Capitan theater in Pasadena when he would pick me up for our weekend visits. It seemed every Friday I was at the theater.

So to this day, I use going to the movies as an escape.

Everyone set your Netflix for this October when the Human Centipede becomes available on DVD
