Her PROCEDURAL DUE PROCESS will include specific allegations in the form of contempt CITATION so she is ON NOTICE of the lies she is accused of telling, and then there will be a hearing at which she and others may be allowed to testify if they continue to be dumb enough to do it. The standard of proof to find her in contempt is another "DUE PROCESS" ELEMENT in the mix. So far we've been talking "civil."
