IMHO when the "founding fathers" of this country set forth the framework of the Constitution they initially neglected to include the specific "freedom of expression" and then some smart folks tweaked the Constitution with the amendments, which then included the FIRST, since I presume that were wanting to assure that they would enjoy the freedom to speak without government controls, but then someone in the bunch suddenly realized that there were folks like you, eagle, (although they had no idea that you might someday infect the homeland here) and they insisted on including the FIFTH amendment to remind folks ...
