I'm just about to do this myself and I've found a bunch of at-home workouts online and was thinking of powerwalking in a nearby park a couple times a week. Maybe I can work my way up to jogging I've let myself get extremely inactive and it's bothering me. I know that exercise helps me feel better about my body, helps me look better and even helps with moods so I miss it. I have been focusing on my eating habits past couple weeks but food alone has never been enough to help me lose weight and I want to be active again so I need to get moving.
