Most ladies who are not in this as a profession, NEVER get tested for diseases unless they also happen to be pregnant, or they find themselves having symptoms. Most ladies that I know that are in this profession, test at least twice a year... many much more than that.

Rhode Island decriminalized prostitution from 2003 to 2009, and the rate of gonorrhea in the general population, not just among providers, went down! If you're a male hobbyist, I don't think it's a big deal if you get chlamydia or gonorrhea in your throat. They're both hard to transmit from from male to female via DATY. It will hopefully clear up the next time you take antibiotics for something else, or on its own. They don't cause lasting damage to your throat. So throat swabs aren't warranted.

Not only that, I think it's hard to get chlamydia or gonorrhea in your throat or mouth unless you're sucking dicks.

Transmission from women to men via BBBJ is much more common. I think I got chlamydia (of the urinary tract) from a BBBJ from a provider years ago, and when I transmitted it to a GF, it ended the relationship. If you give chlamydia or gonorrhea to a woman, there's a good chance she won't have symptoms and so won't get treated. If it sticks with her long enough she can end up infertile.

I'd be a lot more concerned about getting something via BBBJ from a provider than a civilian, because of the number of partners involved, and because I suspect the majority of providers don't get tested regularly for STD's in their mouths/throats. In fact, it's been a very long while since I've gotten a BBBJ from a provider. Ironically, the person who I probably got chlamydia from told me she gets regular throat swabs. I believe her and suspect the infection arose after her last test.

Go to http://myprivatelabs.com. You can sign up under a fake name online, they send you paperwork under that name that you take to a local lab (labcorp) and on the paper work it tells the lab to not ask for ID. Lab send the results back to your account online for you to look at.
