Cant disagree with that. He probably should have graciously taken what they gave him and called it good, spinning the political optics in his favor and extending the fight to Sept.

While the challenges to the executive orders may eventuallly hold up in court it may not hold up as well in the court of public opinion. Trump should have parlayed this into a political win instead he's looking for lock stock and barrell. It opens the door too wide for future executive orders.
