Thanks to O'Mike who led me to Texas Gun Trader, I was able to sell two weapons over the weekend. My requirement was that they had to have a LTC and would fill out a bill of sale form that was attached to TGT website.
The AK47 got all sorts of attention, and when I got an email from a user that had a LTC and lived locally it was on. I was picky about who I sold this weapon to, and the buyer clicked all my boxes. Retired military, had just retired from his real world job.
The lever action Rossi got minimal attention, however again I got an email from a member with his LTC and also lived locally.

So I did some searching and found a company named
https://battlehawkarmory.com/ and like Dahlonegaarmory the prices were within $2 of each other, so I gave them a try. Ordered the gun Monday AM and it was ready to pick up at my ffl (Marksman range in South Houston) 3 days later. Pretty damn great service.
The .44 Rossi was real accurate, however the gun kicks like a mule compared to the .357, however I knew this going in.
