Under current procedure, the president needs unanimous consent from all 677 to implement a major decision.
If just 1 communist out of 677 unelected judges disagrees, the action is frozen. Nationwide.
That is not democracy.
That is tyranny.

But letting the president get away with orders or actions that are illegal, THAT is tyranny.
The administration blames defeats in court on "rogue judges." In the few months that this president has been in office, his orders have been reversed over 50 times. At some point we should stop talking about rogue judges, and start worrying about a rogue administration.
