It is obvious that Kitty has created an alter ego to deal with her pain. It's a common symptom among many mental disorders, including Autism Spectum Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder. In ASD, it commonly manifests as "masking," while in NPD, it commonly manifests as gaslighting and delusions of grandeur.

So no one here is actually talking to the real Kitty. The real Kitty doesn't exist in this thread. The person we're interacting with is a fictitious character who doesn't exist. And since that character doesn't exist, there's no such thing as objective facts for that character. That character, and her history, is whatever the roleplayer says it is. It's like when we were kids playing pretend, and there was that one kid who was always invincible to everything and was always more powerful than everyone else. It's like a Dungeons and Dragons roleplay, where you can make up your character's backstory, and no one can tell you any different because it's your character.

People do this to protect themselves from pain. By taking on the mask of their alter ego, they pretend that they didn't do any of the things they're ashamed of. Any criticism you direct towards them gets redirected toward the alter ego. And since the alter ego (purportedly) didn't do any of those things, your criticism is moot.

This is why Kitty seems to kinda-sorta-but-not-really take responsibility:

It has been life shattering for me and having to deal with all the pain from a lifetime of being bullied and victimized and wishing that I'd been diagnosed earlier and probably been able to have had a much better life. I never would have guessed you were autistic because you seem to be quite adept at social interactions in contrast I am a complete failure. I knew nothing about your diagnosis until now but I will say in my observations you exhibit none of the known trademarks of autism. So you must have a very low score on the spectrum. Not that it is a competition or anything to be proud of. It's nothing but pure misery for me and I never would have even exposed I had it but for ze threatening more ridicule over a pm I sent her trying to make peace.

Hey, I grew up raising horses. Though they were neither east coast nor west coast horses. They were mountain high horses. And they ate apples. Lots of apples. Not AI apples. Red apples. Some with worms in them because they were wild apples. But not wild horses. Those are mostly in NV now.

If you've ever wondered how it is that I generally stay calm in these discussions and don't get all emotional-- that's why. Her first response was relatively tame-- pointing out the heavy use of AI-- and you responded by calling her everything but a child of God. Fortune smiles upon you in the sense that Boltfan doesn't moderate in Dallas-- and I don't moderate Coed areas. Fortune frowns upon you in the sense that you started this thread and opened up the doors to most of the issues you're currently upset about.

Anthony, I think you are forgetting some of the finest horse racing around came from the east. Back in the day, if you really wanted your horses to Run, right on time, it was tricky. But some in NY found a way that allowed others to fight, for their right - to be licensed. Before they got ill though.

I'm not a horse expert like Kitty is so this is just what I remember.
