Anyone know where Mercianna is at?

50/50 if this car ever reappears. Unfortunately my guess is it has been "stolen" or in other words, sold to the black market and has been chopped for parts.

The delay tactics are buying time to break the bad news and cover tracks to make it untraceable.

P.S. Hope you have full coverage.

She was in chat last week talking about needing a headlight on a vehicle fixed because she had experienced a minor fender bender. Whether that is true or just yet another one of her famous "come pity fuck me" ploys.. who knows....

Ameripro, I hope you get your car back and it's in one piece. If she's rumored to have been in chat recently claiming she needed help from a small fender bender, that doesn't sound good. My guess is she's stalling because that car is either trashed and she knows you'll flip or she herself doesn't even have it anymore. What did the cops say?
Fender bender, cat piss, and if she doesn't swallow.......cum stains on the floor board.
Dude....do you even want it back?

Didn't Merci get her horse from THT...the horse trainer, before THT moved.

Truly truly sad to have come to the end of this thread...I'm gonna watch an episode of homeland, and then check back in
Yes I've called and filed. I'm sure though if she tells me where I can get the car or have it dropped off I can call them and tell them it's been resolved.
I need more than a hug. I need to get drunk I think. Originally Posted by ameripro

I thought you had to get an attorney and file a lawsuit and then battle the person in court.

I can't imagine reporting a STOLEN or LOST car with this statement:

911: "What is your emergency?"
Ameripro: "I just let a hooker borrow my car for 24 hours. I gave her the keys and she pulled a Harry Houdini and I haven't seen her since".

I think you have a better chance of just "Filing" this incident on your tax return. Write off your car as a "Charitable Donation". Hell, you just donated someone a new ride. You might have better luck being compensated by Uncle Sam.

But then too, why is she paying you for the car? Damn, couldn't she just bend over backwards? I would surely barter some ass for a car if I couldn't sell it to get something financed. LOL

BSB-- If a car is borrowed, then never returned, yes you can file theft charges. Just like if you go test drive a vehicle and don't bring it back. They handed you the keys, didn't they?
And don't car dealerships have a copy of the person's license before they leave the lot? Exactly.

Matters not. It is still theft. Yes, you can charge someone with theft for never returning a borrowed item, regardless of circumstance.
