UCs did not have invites. Venue let them through.

We never pretended nor believed any venue could be kept secret very long.

The key ingredient to any event is respecting the event rules.

Proof is that only 12 out of 125 still there of the 150+ attending the event were taken down. The others were not hassled and were cleared to go. No id's checked. They left. Period. End of story.

Because I've offered to help in the planning and I haven't heard anything about it. I bumped this thread in an effort to find out if any event ever occurred. From what's been said here in this thread, no one has attended any social event here in Houston since this thread started. Mention of past events and poker games but nothing current.
