... I'll again state what I mentioned earlier in the season-meet.
That the Pirates got money to ADD talent.
Got a whole season in... Typical peaks and valleys... And yet-.
Prolly will finish with the season outlook - as expected
as the baseball experts surely predicted... Good for them.
Players got some much-needed experience and showed some grit.
Maybe can contend for a play-off spot next year.
The simple fact that the Pirates were not eliminated from
the play-offs UNTIL A WEEK before the finish is a modern miracle.

The Bucs win the finale game of the season. 76 wins is a 14 game improvement over last year. They played solid baseball in the second half while playing their youngsters. They’re on the right track. I would say they’re closer to winning a post season game than the Steelers or Penguins.
