The two were engaging each other by directing answers towards one another. She didn't have to quote anyone, her replies throughout the whole thread have been directed towards him. She was coming to close to the edge and a reminder is nothing much more than an attempt to bring her back.

In a review you're giving your opinion over the subject being reviewed......which is what you're entitled to moreover that's what reviews are for. Whether or not you perceive that persons opinion over the subject to be offensive is entirely up to you. It's when that person directs the insults at the reviewer that it becomes a problem. That's when you hit the RTM button and let the us do our thing.
