Lots of Cops and a TV station or television crews outside AMPS on Emerald

I wonder if the bust off Emerald is going to be mostly contained to Emerald? They've focused on that area for quit some time now. The road "improvements", addition of the median on Royal making the turn in on Emerald impossible, Smile/Goodnight/Hulahand/Blue Angel/etc. going out of business, the street shut down of years ago police raids, etc. Yea, I hear of the cops going after an occasional AMP some place else, but historically Emerald's AMP Ville has been a hot spot.

I wonder what the risk is for L1 sub amps like the ones in the mid cities. I know several have cameras on the parking lot and lobby. What are the chances someone gets arrested 6 months later based on a video at one of these places?
