By the time they’re done raising your rent , and other cost of living, over a decade, it’s threatening $300,000.

How does that stack up against lawn maintenance, HOA fees, or an occasional home repair?

I can tell you've likely never had to hire someone. When you have work that needs doing, and you need staff... You will accept LESS than what you want. I've hired close to a hundred people over the years... maybe a quarter of them were black. My Dads Great Grandfather for who he was named served in the ACW (Wisconsin Iron Brigade). He served at Vicksburg and Shermans march through Georgia. No part of my family lived in the South until my brother moved to Georgia in the 90s. No part of my family ever owned slaves or was wealthy enough to do so.

How did I exactly benefit from Slavery? And if it's because America benefitted from Slavery....well, then so did you.
