Trump approval rating

Further and further down they go and where they'll stop no one knows.

Yet another new low.

Where things sit today. 8 point difference and 6 points under 50% Interesting that Trump has issued 5 less EO's so far than Biden did the entire 4 years. Hadn't kept track of that stat.

WOW: CNN just made a shocking admission about Trump’s approval rating—after months of driving a different narrative.

“I think it’s time for a bit of a reality check, right?”

That’s how CNN’s Harry Enten opened a segment that shattered months of carefully crafted media spin.

For weeks, Trump was painted as politically finished due to biased left-leaning polls.

But now?

“We were going into late April, Donald Trump's approval rating is, his net approval seemed to be falling. He seemed to be, adios amigos. People were writing his political obituary.”

The same pundits now have to eat their words.

“He is rising from the dead like Methuselah.”

Enten pointed to the latest Reuters-IPSOS polling.

In late April, Trump was eight points underwater.

That number has now flipped.

“He's up SEVEN points, to a minus one point net favorability rating.”

Zooming out, Trump’s numbers aren’t just bouncing back—they’re beating his first-term performance.

“At minus six points, he is a little bit worse off than he is in the IPSOS-Reuters polling, but he is considerably better than he was in late April, when he was nine points underwater.”

“He's nearly TEN points better than he was back in May 16th of 2017, in his first term.”

“Donald Trump's not just doing better than he was doing in late April of 2025. He's doing considerably better than he was doing at this point in term number one.”

CNN spent months insisting Trump was finished.

Now they’re the ones watching their narrative implode—on their own network.

And NOW - a RISE seven (7) points to -1 favourability.

BETTER tariffs and what-not. ... ...

The latest Insider Advantage poll, conducted between May 17-19 among 1,000 likely voters, gives Trump a net approval rating of +11 points, 55 percent approving and 44 percent disapproving, with a margin of error of +/- 3 percentage points.

That is up from a net approval rating of +2 points in early May, when 46 percent approved and 44 percent disapproved.

The latest Harvard-Harris poll is showing Americans are growing more confident in the economy.

The Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll released Monday revealed the first net-positive rating on the strength of the U.S. economy since July 2021, the first few months of former President Joe Biden's administration.

When asked "how strong do you think the U.S. economy is today?" a majority of registered voters polled saw it as "strong" under Trump compared to "weak" for almost the entirety of the Biden administration.

Strong: 51% (plus-5 points from April)
Weak: 49% (minus-6 points from April)
"For the first time since July 2021, just over half of voters say the U.S. economy is strong today," the report said.
