Season One - Episode Nine - Into the Belly of the Whale
I want to thanck all of you Whale Wars fans for your twatter posts and your continued support of the difficult work we do for all of you.
I strongly urge you to support all spin-off efforts.......we may have some Captain Boomers in the making.
In the making of Episode Nine we had our first casualty. I have held this information from you prior to this. Because, we have been seeking deerhunters next of kin.......it turns out that is half of Arkansas.
When Mud Cow swallowed the Ovaltine Language Translator, deerhunter went Jonah on us and dove in after it.
While we have have recieved invaluable data from the OLT, deerhunter's life signs have grow weaker and weaker over time.
We all knew the risks when we signed on for this arduous task. The loss of one of our own has left a void that only a spinner dolphin can fill. We considered gutting the fat sperm whale to save deerhunter. But, our accounting team has informed us that it is cheaper to just let it be.....I hate whale counters.
We on the Fat Sperm Whale melodrama programming team will now observe a few moments of silence in memory of our fallen comrad.

Season One - Episode Nine - Into the Belly of the Whale - Continued
Again, thanck each of you for your understanding at the sorrow we feel at the loss of a great whale hunter.......An Honorarium has been set up for deerhunter at www.savedeerhunterfromthefatsp ermwhales.com please give in his memory.
We have waited patiently for Mud Cow to pass the OLT puck. We skimmed the ambergris daily from the waters in hopes of recovering the valuable data. We knew it was just a matter of time until she passed it out of her system.
We found the ambergris covered OLT early this morning. It took some time to remove the fishy fecal odor from the OLT. So, we could work at retrieving the data.
Data at entry point: (The Mouth)
Fat Sperm whales have conical teeth on their long, narrow, lower jaw. The teeth fit neatly into sockets in the upper jaw, which has no teeth. This arrangement is a perfect adaptation for slurping up soft-bodied objects—giant or otherwise. (I shit you not)
After passing through the mouth, the puck passed down the cavernous gullet. we had the OLT ping the distances to the outer edges of the traversement canal. the canal was smooth and silky in texture (perfect for sliding whole dolphins...and deerhunter). The OLT puck registered excellent muscle control of the traversement canal.
Data in Stomach:
The stomach of the fat sperm whale was awash in spermicidal juices (sorry deerhunter......next time don't get me fucking banned). The OLT registered the gurggling sounds of deerhunter attempting to find a way to breath. During the pinging process to determine the size of the fat whales stomach, The OLT found an array of interesting objects. One item of some interest was a rubber suit. we tried to communicate this to deerhunter. But, he did not respond.
The item of the most interest was the dolphin found in the stomach. We were able to communicate with the dolphin with Watson Code (a series of clicks and squeeks). We learned that the dolphin had been lured within striking distance with a promise of a doubles session with a fat cat whaler, who also love to play with dolphins. The dolphin was a shadow of its former self.
We asked the dolphin if she required assistance in exiting the fat sperm whale. She told us "no". She said something about shitting where the fat sperm whale lived for a little while. She did ask us if we could send down some decent food. All she ever saw was hohos, dingdongs and cheesy poofs.
Data in the Intestines:
As the OLT passed out of the stomach into the intestines, it started getting coated with a waxy subtstance we later learned was ambergris. (this proved to be a very important discovery).
I must interupt our program to verify an amazing discovery. I will return shortly with what I hope is excellent news.
