Neither do I. I have never done a same day appointment, and prefer to preplan appts as far in advance as possible. I think I average about 4-7 days. Sometimes I start as much as a month in advance, but that is normally to see if the lady is going to be in town, nothing more. I prefer the preplanning so that I can schedule my clean up, shower, etc. prior to the meeting, and make arrangements for not being interrupted.
