Good question drawing some good responses.
For me, it's all TCB and attitude first. Slow responses, no response, rude responses, rushed responses, etc. nullify any looks, reviews or status. For example, I would never see a lady who doesn't screen me; however, if that's all she can talk about before being cordial in our conversation, I'll pass. There's a delightful, beautiful, well-reviewed lady in one of the southern states who I'd absolutely love to see at whatever the price. But she doesn't know how to issue the most basic courtesies of "hello, how are you?" before demanding screening information. Ladies just have to understand how to be human before they can be hot.
