providers whats it like the first time you read a review about yourself
It was a little exciting. My reviewer was very honest and I appreciated his candor. Overall, the review was great and I felt I made some sort of cross-over or "gone pro", as I put it, lol.
On a bigger level, having been reviewed meant that I was no longer "the very new girl" in town, and gave some important community validation/verification.

There are a lot of guys on this board (I dare say the highest posters) who don't write reviews. Why, I don't know.
I've decided to stop writing reviews. Most ladies I see get an OK, but not much more. It seems like there's always something that rubs me the wrong way at the end of the session. And even though I've had a good time, I wind up thinking it's not the top-notch service I expected. Maybe my standards are too high. But for several hundred dollars, I expect good TCB (even near perfect TCB), and some outstanding service BCD. For instance, one the things I look forward to at the end of the session is having the lady clean me up and dispose of the raincoat. It's a service I think should be pretty standard, but I only experience it about 50% of the time. And, to tell you the truth, it changes a great session into a mediocre one for me. Now that's just me, and I know, we are all unique. But still...
Charles, sorry you feel disappointed in sessions.... I fully understand because, even "old" pros (accent on the OLD and not the pro part, please) like me will sometimes go into a session expecting more than we seem to get.
But, remember, hobbying can be like a baseball career.
Even the best of sluggers rarely gets into the high .300s, and one of the best of them, Ted Williams (go BoSox!) barely broke a .400 lifetime average.
We are here imho to have fun and for the most part if you are having fun at least 75 percent of the time (.750 batting average) you are doing great. So figure .500 is decent, no matter what the pay scale.
All that said, I'll toss this into the mix.
On almost all "journeys," I compile "field notes" and in this set the name of the first provider is omitted because I haven't decided whether I was expecting too much (based on a couple of her stellar reviews by reviewers who I think got what they said they got which is what prompted my engagement) or whether someone was outright embellishing....
My verbatim field notes are below and they are a little "raw" so I apologize in advance....for the most part I don't usually do blow-by-blow reports although I do seem to get blown (away) from time to time.
Had a bit of play this afternoon (she was the first to return a call, dammit) with the XXXXXXX .... should have known better when she said Motel 6 on ##### and I got there and there was another gal (***see below) in there with her, pretty decent looking, maybe 20 or 21, but on her way out.
So I paid for the 180 hour up front (she open the envelop and counted the money in front of me, then finally stripped as did I and we played a little on the bed. Nice body and it was her, based on tats, tits and since she kept the twat covered (no daty, but that is the least of it) only 2 Ts out of the possible Three.
Nothing even approximating GFE....got one kiss and then she indicated I could kiss her neck... some breastesses worship, but not much and then after she had hand cranked my shaft a few minutes "are you ready for the cover" and then commenced a lame CBJ and some ball stroking and then asked if she should climb on or do I want top.
So I took top and she opened the twat really wide after applying some lube, and I slid inside.... no where near anything that could be described as "tight" so maybe she has learned a bit, and we banged away for maybe 8 or 9 minutes and I finally put her legs over my shoulders and rammed a bit and blew a nut.
Rolled off, and she moved straight to the bathroom to clean up... then back to her clothes and pulled on panties, threw me a "we're done and I want to get out of here" look and continued dressing.
So I went to the bathroom, dumped the Trojan and its contents into some toilet tissue and performed the usual burial at sea.
Total time in the room exactly 32 minutes.
I need to go back to the reviews and see what I missed, because there was definitely some creative writing going on.
(***) other gal is being worked by a pimp (which XXXXXXX confirmed, but said she, XXXXXXX is independent) who is a young black guy since I saw him as I was leaving (any guess why) in the parking lot with the other YL.
sheesh..... and neither of the other 3 calls I made this morning have brought any results so far, either.
=========
However, not all was lost because (verbatim notes on a second provider, name withheld; I reviewed her not long ago and she is a bit UTR these days):
One of the other three did call me a bit later that afternoon as she was getting off (civilian) stuff late and asked if I was still interested.
My timepiece said still plenty of leeway for an hour engagement (200) before being due back at the hacienda. But since I was already in the house, I showered quickly and was out the door in 10 minutes later.
Got to her very comfortable mid-priced hotel suite (suite is correct, living room, bedroom good size flat screen you'll never see in M-6 and was met at the door by milady wearing only a bath towel as she had literally just stepped out of the shower. She was very glad to see me as the week before we both had to take a "rain check" due to San Antonio's downpour rain storms.
I won't bore y'all with b-by-b details, but I got way more than an hour's worth of total GFE. We have played a bit before, and she is not a YL per se, but mid-30s or so, not a hard body, but she knows how to throw a curve.
Actually, that day she could have been an orchestra conductor using (not abusing) the many different parts of my corpus to play a full Symphony.
Make that a "fugue" if you will.
Especially since it was my Second Symphony within a few hours and I am not the young reckless cello player I used to be.
OK, this conductress definitely knows how to engage my "Nut Cracker!"
The overture was long and drawn out.
The main body of the piece definitely saw a lot of woodwind action, and the double bass endured and endured.
This conductress also knows how to turn her back to the orchestra and she repeated the 6th and 9th bars without any rest(s), flooding my countenance with pearls of joy. Fortunately my music stand didn't tip over, because...
... we were yet to reach the climax (yes! yes! yes!) and she made me insert the baton into a hot wet piece of music and move it (yea, verily yea!) into a very familiar and consuming rhythm with which we both finished the piece quite completely -- never missing a beat.
So, I figure that day's "at bats" were a .500 at least, with the best "trip to the plate" saved for last and I think at least two out of three bases were definitely loaded.
= = = = =
I sometimes wonder if providers keep "field notes" either actually written or just in memory, so they can remember how to pitch what a gent can really hit, or send him back to the dugout with an ill-used bat and a empty feeling.... indeed, seems to me the most excellent game of baseball is played not by "natural" hitters or pitchers, but by those with both a god-given talent and an ability to learn from their own experience AND the experience of others (reviews, for example).
I tend to reserve some terms for providers who I think a lot of...based on the way we play and the way others report on them.
"Keeper"
"Goddess"
"Icon"
Developed in more than 4 decades of hobbying.
I don't think it is necessary to explain the above, and I don't bestow those descriptions lightly.
@CK
Fabulous recitation!! I wish I could write like you. Alas, I'm a literate, but boring, writer.
I've had a couple of meet similar to the one you described first. One was off CL while the other was off ASPD. The second one wound up with a lot of threads on the board describing the drama surrounding her.
After those couple "early" experiences, I tried refining my searches. It helped some. But, although I have had some good experiences, I can honestly say I've never visited with Goddess or Icon. Maybe one or two Keepers.
I've decided the dynamics of my disappointment are multi-faceted: (1) I'm not the best looking or most desirable guy around (the ladies commonly say they are attracted by confidence in a man, and that is not me); (2) most guys that report superior times are able to be a regular; (3) I have kind of a blah personality, and assume other guys do not; and (4) this is conjecture, I'm a much tougher grader in a review than other men.
Charles, my "novellas" are usually pretty sedate. I only trot out the verbiage every once in a while....prolly a lot less often than way earlier in my reviewing career but some 20,000 posts ago on the MS are long gone due to several hack attacks, so I cannot say for sure.
Thanks for elaborating your points, because I will try to address each... and, for those who don't know my, my assumption is virtually all of Charles' points could also have been written by many a female as well.
(1) I'm not the best looking or most desirable guy around (the ladies commonly say they are attracted by confidence in a man, and that is not me);
imho, the ladies are "attracted" not by looks, but by a gent with a healthy attitude, good hygiene, the bucks to play, of course, and a decisive manner and attitude. Sometimes age or race or handicap of the gent may be a factor, so if you know that up front, don't waste her time in asking.
Decisive means he doesn't waste time -- his, nor hers, especially hers -- in setting up an appointment, getting properly screened and vouched, and following through by being on time into the incall and departing when he is supposed to be departing.
(2) most guys that report superior times are able to be a regular;
I don't think so at all. I am the guy who "sniff all of the flowers in the valley and returns to certain ones from time to time." Especially since there seem to be new flowers just springing up everywhere.
I think any hobbyist approaching a first time engagement has to do some basic research, which may also mean "reading between her lines and the reviewer's lines," and asking cogent questions from time to time of both the lady and of her reviewers, too. Many providers seem want "part-time" regulars with the part about not over-frequency because some "regulars" seem to end up taking advantage of time and payroll, too. The Hobby is not your traditional dating service.
(3) I have kind of a blah personality, and assume other guys do not;
Personality (both on the board persona and in person hobbying persona) need to have a certain minimal level of "oomph" but not a whole lot. Providers aren't interviewing you for a customer relations position (screwed on top of desk?) - they need to know if you are legit, sincerely interested in setting up an appointment and interested in leaving on time so they can TCB. You are not on match.com in any way, shape or form.
and (4) this is conjecture, I'm a much tougher grader in a review than other men.
Perhaps so. As I noted in the above baseball allegory, let me re-emphasize that not all at-bats are expected to be hits, much less home runs. In fact, home runs in the hobby are very over-rated. If you always expect a home run, you will be sorely disappointed when you only get a double or even a single. Remember any "hit" is also usually a score.
If you strike out, then you should be disappointed. Walking (four balls!) means there are two gents in the same boudoir.... better make that a time-out.
I never go into a session expecting (or demanding) the hot and heavy thing I just read in "Joe's review" because I know YMMV.
But if I read several reviews by Joe, Jack, Tom, Dick, and Harry, (and we are all Johns, remember) then I do expect something approximating their level of play action. If I don't get it, then something is out of kilter... she's having a bad hair day, I'm having a no hair day, it's that time of the month, etc., etc. So, yes, the grading aspect could devolve from there.
Don't be too hard on yourself. You might be suffering (as we all seem to do from time to time) hobby burnout.
Take a break. Relax, look into other fields of pleasure (Godiva chocolate, a new golf club, a trip to the Bahamas) whatever takes your mind off the hobby..... and when you do get back into the swing, let me know how it went.
So Carrie, is the converse true? If you don't like her, don't write a review? That's not really the theory behind a review board.

is if menu is great and activities open is it good to give play by play blow by blow [i think if provider is open to pse or wide ranging menu a mention will help attract potential clients looking for this but others might think discretion on bcd activities is better] what do the ladies think.
