Questions about the clock

Ok...There is a difference between be aware of the time and watching it...

One reason I am not OCD about the clock is because I'm not a robot, and I don't want the session to feel like just a business transaction. Not that I'm saying there is anything wrong with the ladies that do use the above techniques, I just personally don't like it....Every lady is different, I suppose if you work for an agency and you are getting clients back to back, then you would prob watch the clock....

Has to be enjoyable for both parties, or else what really is the point of being a provider? Originally Posted by BellaIsabella

And, Charles, as to your question about clock-free, my definition is the date involves dinner & maybe some other non-BCD activity like drinks or a show followed by BCD where one party leaves when it is natural to do so. Kind of like a date civie lovers would have. If overnight is not part of the deal, she should let him know up front she will be leaving in the wee hours of the morning & he won't be getting morning sex. Typically the pricing reflects the fact that it isn't all BCD time.

Based on reports in another thread on the topic, women that offer it were only going to see one date anyway, get a nice fee for the evening (even if they leave a couple of dollars on the table by not having the meter running at full fare) & generally have a less stressful evening and may even enjoy the night's activity.
Even for money, it's not worth it to be with a guy who can't preform in bed, that would defeat the point of having sex with someone.

Do keep in mind that it is a Ladies prerogative to extend or end a session "on the dot" or however much time over she feels comfortable with.

"clock free" is a term generallly used for an encounter which usually involves a ladies time for an extended period, not usually overnight unless agreed upon.

I have enjoyed many "clock free" encounters due to the fact I am always in a strange city whether here in the US or Abroad. I can book a ladies time for lunch at off the tourist trap restaurants, sightsee, have a wonderful encounter back at the hotel, dinner and possibly the Theatre or Symphony; and then part our ways..
I do hate, however, when I'm pounding away at that thing, and she says "you need to hurry and cum - we only have X minutes left". Originally Posted by bbkid

I think that the topic of clock-watching has two sides to it. The majority of men (or at least a large percentage of them) think that women who aren't clock-watchers will let them stay for significantly longer than the time they paid for. The majority of women (and the hobbyists they appreciate most) think that clock-watching refers to an attitude as described by Altcomedy.

Sometimes we ladies get upset when men think that we are clock-watchers just because we only spend the amount of time with them that they paid for. I can say from personal experience is that one way to turn a lady who is not a clock-watcher (like me) into a clock-watcher is to repeatedly stay well past your time.
I think Bella has nailed it.....I've booked 2 hour sessions and ended up staying 4, not really knowing where the time went. NEVER did she once say it's time to go.......but we really did click......BIG TIME, which is why I suppose there wasn't any rush.......

I have never stayed "well past my time." As a matter of fact, if you added up all the time I've paid for during the time I've hobbied, and all the time I've had, you'd find I've paid for about 1-2 hours more than what I got. But I've only seen one lady more than once (and that was a mistake). So, it would almost be impossible for me to "repeatedly stay past my time." And I'd be kind of pissed if a lady transferred a previous experience she had with a hobbyist to me.

Yep, there have been a few times that I watched that clock like a hawk. After being in this business a few years, it would have been impossible for me to have "clicked" with everybody. Originally Posted by Ansley

Charles, just to be clear, the bit about "staying well past your time" was not directed at you. It is clear to me that some ladies you've seen have treated you rather poorly and taken advantage of some of the power you guys kindly relinquish to us.

I just have a couple of questions. I'm not really looking for answers because I don't think there is one answer.

I guess what I'm looking for is input. To help me better understand what some ladies mean.

Let's start with the basic. I know what an hour is.

But some ladies advertise they are not "clock watchers." But everyone I've been with has wound up the session at one hour, almost exactly. Not that I'm complaining mind you. But when they're that attuned to the time, it makes me think they do watch the clock.

Then there's clock free. Whatever that means. Surely there's some anticipation on both parties' part of when the "clock free" session ends.

All input is appreciated. Originally Posted by charlestudor2005

I think generally it means that the time is unrushed and the gent gets what he has paid for. Full attention. I don`t think it means that you can overstay as much as you like. But it means for me that for example things like refreshing and such is off the clock. Not for all ladies that is. Some don`t mind what you do in their time, its all about time, so if you take 30 minutes for showering - your problem. Some sell their time as it starts when you both have actually started to interact with each other. But also it could be seen as a derogatory term - because it anticipates that your service is seen as doing something others don`t. It mostly comes from complaints that guys e.g. pay for an hour and then are thrown out after half an hour. This happens. So i have heard. ;-)

Clock free:
I assume its some arrangement like amour fou, a monthly arrangement. or such. I don`t think it can be measured with regular hours and such. IMHO

I don`t mind to overstay my time if it happens for a reason, for example engaging in interesting conversation or dinner arrangements, but i don`t like guys who bargain or try to force you to stay longer as anticipated. I think its a ladies art of work to arrange the time accordingly so a guy never feels rushed. I need to know in advance on how long of a time a client wants to book to be able to anticipate on how to arrange the time spent. That is all. Its about how to arrange the quality of experience according to the time booked. I don`t consider myself a clockwatcher, but i am punctual and expect gents to be punctual. If a client arrives late for no good reason - his problem. It will be accounted towards his time. If a woman arrives late i consider that highly unprofessional and rude. Most guys have to plan their getaways carefully, so it`s absolutely innappropriate and highly unprofessional for a lady to be late for a date, IMHO.

I have heard of ladies using a CD to keep track of when the hour is up, or others have told me they have a "friend" call them when there's about 10 minutes left...

There have been times this topic has come up and my stance is if my playdate runs over 15-30 min...no big deal and no I don't ask if they want to add time...It just comes with how I do my thing...and my guys also add more when they go over plus I never book back to back I always leave more than enough time in between playdates.
