I have a link to what are claimed to be pieces of an aircraft that struck the pentagon. The pictures aren't the original format or high def so I can't say exactly what the pictures show. Some of the pictures clearly show aircraft parts.
No one has claimed responsibility for placing a bomb. While it seems there is no irrefutable proof, that I am aware of, that a plane hit the pentagon, there is no irrefutable proof one didn't.

On top of that, a bomb that created that level of damage would have left bomb residue that would identify the explosive compound used. It would have been all over the place.
