I suspect a house cleaning is in order so that justice may prevail.
Let's see if the new FBI director and Sessions have the balls to do it.

If subordinates are tasked with the responsibility of "investigating" the Clintons et al and they botch the job or conduct a "focused" investigation to exonerate them, then he can fire them for "dereliction of duty" or out right incompetence and complete the investigation. Sessions knows how to do that (investigate). He's done it before.
