So you think only policies that offer handouts, free stuff and perpetual dependency will ever and always be popular with "black or Hispanic folks"? Sounds kinda racist to me. And is that the Democrats' vision for the country - a land of corrupt politicians clinging forever to power by bribing voters with an endless stream of govt freebies? That is SOOO uplifting and inspiring, timmy!Another WSJ article. Didn't see that one coming...

Mr. Franklin, what kind of government have you given us?Last time the party of the people got in did they do anything for the people? Naw they just wanted to go bomb someone.
a republic, madam, if you can keep it
with the republican party at 90% white and the white population dwindling
the dims running (and ruining) the education of the children
the ever more anti American, anti free enterprise, socialistic swelling of the legal and illegal immigrant ranks
the bent of many non-whites to tribalism and anti-white "we will show you" racist tendencies thus creating racial voting blocks given to an us against them sentiment
the love of the country being increasingly replaced with what can I get for me now
the spiral is indeed downward
I am a conservative because conservative principles work and work for the greatest number of people and would work for all people who try them and are common sense fair principles, liberal policies fail to progress society and fail society....its that simple Originally Posted by nevergaveitathought

Almost 90% of GOP is white.

Admiral, why do you chuck out softballs like this one? The premise is easily refuted, it's something everybody knows anyway and it makes you look even more stupid than you usually do...which is quite an accomplishment. The GOP is not a racially diverse party and it never has been. We all know this. You know this. You post up photos of the current Dem candidates and neglect to mention one sort of important fact....that the current President of the United States is black....oh, and he is a Democrat. The current front-runner for the Dem nomination is a woman.
The Democrats are the party of diversity. Which, by the way, means it is the party of the future unless you half-wits figure out how to start appealing to a culturally and ethnically broader spectrum....instead of completing alienating them....which is what your current policies accomplish.
Other than that....good post. Originally Posted by timpage

Rick Perry, for once in his life had the good sense to excuse himself from that train wreck. Originally Posted by WTF

I am sure that is a winning long term strategy for the overall health and prosperity for our nation.
