sussman and the fix

Yet the rage whining will continue until they find every one of the 3,000,000 illegal votes that Clinton beat Trump’s cartoon ass with.

And then they’ll all be fake too.

The only bigger fool than the fool is the fool who follows him. No fooling!
Actually Muller is way ahead of Durham on the conviction count.

Trumps personal lawyer. His Campaign manger. Mike Flynn....or did Trump pardon him before he got convicted!

If you boys want a objective take on the truth....I suggest you quit listening to DJT. Originally Posted by WTF

Hillary, the Media, the Democrats, and the FBI don't.

The culprit here is Durham.

If he is so naive, or stupid, to seat a Jury like this, he deserves to get his ass kicked.

The system has spoken.

Durham just went from “the Enforcer” to “cocktail party joke” with two words………NOT GUILTY. Originally Posted by Jackie S

What's it like to have to come here each day - and tell
us that Joe Biden is doing a good job - and all the
high inflation and petrol-gas prices are Trump's fault??

And that Hillary did nothing wrong with lying to
the FBI about Trump and Alfa Bank and Russian collusion?
('Course it surely seem the FBI was "in on it".)

While you tell us that parents have no right to question
what teachers wanna teach to the joeys.

And that it's okay that BLM and Antifa burned down citys
and townes - and police houses and cars. Mostly peaceful protests.

... Really? ... What's it like to support those things??

I'd surely like to know. 'Cause it's NOT what I support.
And nor do the other conservatives here.

I pride myself on being a pretty good law layman, having never been to law school kinda guy but this one has me stumped.

Everybody knows Sussman lied but "was it material to the case"? Huh? Yeap. that's the explanation I keep hearing.

Two facets to the case they say must be met. Did he lie? Yes he did. Was it material to the case? I guess fucking not but then this jury could have rendered it's verdict in 5 minutes on the first day.

Polls suggest that 95 of the people eligible to sit on that jury, supported Hillary. Hell, one juror has a kid playing on the same soccer team as Sussman's kid. WTF? Surely Durhams lawyer must have run out of peremptory strikes during voir dire.

So I'm listening to a couple of my favorite "go to guys" on this stuff, Johnathon Turley and Andrew McCarthy and both found fault with Durham. I'm still trying to figure all this out but McCarthy suggests that it all comes back to Durham "believing that the FBI was duped" instead of "being it on it from the get go". Excuse me? How the fuck could anybody believe, with all that we know about Comey's FBI, that they didn't know this was all bullshit and were not duped but here was their chance to make something out of nothing.

So I guess my question is, "how is being duped" helpful to Sussman and why the hell was his lie "not material" to the case.

Various legal minds are arguing tonight that Durham, while not getting the win, got plenty of information on the record regarding Hillary giving the thumbs up on giving this made up bullshit, to the FBI and media, straight from the mouth of her campaign directer Robbie Mook.

Next up, some Russian guy who lied 5 times to the FBI about the Steele dossier. Maybe that is what it will take, 5 lies instead of one.

Anyway, this will all come in handy when Jim Jordan cranks up the investigations in the house next year.
