I disagree with this synopsis. You can never convince me her service level is high for each client. What really believe is that human beings are inherently lazy, and the service level, in this case, is the minimum necessary to get by, but at the same time let the guy think he got outstanding service. Sorry to hear that ICU. if you have been doing this for any length of time you'll see many come and go for many different reasons. You see many get into the profession for just as many reasons. I mean the real reason is most always money... but there is usually more to it than that. Student loans, working their way through school, SO that’s a loser, children etc.

It’s one thing when an ATF decides she has had enough and decides to hang up her knee pads...but some of them do some of the most stupid shit causing faithful clients to kick them to the curb.
