When I was a kid,my momma taught me how to snap a chickens neck and chop his head off/then pluck him and fry him up......we grew up on a farm.

I used to work nearby LC's and their burgers are excellent. I haven't tried some of the other places but I'll put a few of them on my to do list.

RC's was always solid, but I haven't been there in several years. Jess and Jim's just down the street has good fried chicken as well...in fact I always enjoyed it better than their steaks.
