Does this happen to anyone else?
Sometimes I have difficulty getting to sleep the night before a session, especially ones that are out of the norm, like an overnight or one where I planned something out of the ordinary. I just try to go to bed a bit earlier to kind of offset sleep loss because I haven't found an effective way to just get my mind off it and go to sleep, but it is never as extreme as 7am, it's usually just a couple of hours.
Well some random nights my body just says "that's it, you're staying up til dawn" session or no session. But usually the night before I'm up a couple hours later than normal (which for me is pretty late, serious night owl here. I get up at the crack of noon every day whether I need to or not).
The session went great anyway. At least from my end, they claimed to have a good time and they did both clean their plates.
