Its a minor quibble, but property taxes are a cost to your landlord and are reflected in your rent. I can only speak for myself...have been in the adult entertainment business in one form or the other for over 10 years in Dallas. I've made an excellent living...huge savings account...and completely relied on the market to support myself. I have zero complaints. Now, I've established an excellent reputation and have kept my rates low, but overall I have to say this has been a positive market/experience.I am very impressed. Good for you.
