Just informed that the original creator/owner of SWC has been arrested and will be taken to Albuquerque.

For all the people who are all up in arms trying to legalize pot... One would think that WE would all rise up one day and try to make this legal.

Does anyone know if the complete criminal complaint is available anywhere online? It sounds like the website owner was acting as a consultant/advisor rather than just providing a forum. The terms and conditions on the site are really weak too. Would be interesting to read the details of the complaint to learn more.

Please don't go to that site, if any of you have handles on there. In addition, they would have to get the IP addresses and track every individual down from that site. That would be a lot of work, and may not always lead them to the actual person who was posting under that handle.
