That's kind of weird, not grounds for being violated-- but, it is strange, no doubt. No reason to backlash at the lady. Now, if he was showing up, peeping through your window, photographing, and then making that his default, I'd say a red flag should go up. Otherwise, it's just fanboy stuff.
