In this case, wiki appears to be pretty accurate in quoting real doctors. They all say that squirting is real, but the fluid has to be some combination of urine and 'female cum'. The Skene gland that produces your female lubricant, 'cum', is tiny. It is not capable of producing, let alone storing, the quantity of fluid being described here. The storage is the key that answers the debate for real doctors, rather than just wiki theorists. There is no organ in a female body to store this mystery fluid!
