great salad bar

decent pizza and they make whatever you want


i got them to make cheesey bread, no cheese




only issue is: you cannot stay there all day, 2 hours max

We used to have a Minsky’s up here in small town Iowa. It changed owners a few times, but none of them could figure out how to pay taxes so it finally got torn down and a new city hall put in its place. I worked there while going to college. It was the most popular bar in town and anyone who grew up here had memories made there. I met my ex wife there. The nachos were great, but I really want a papa minsky’s now after reading this.
On a side note the same guy that started Minsky’s owns the Phoenix piano bar and the food there is amazing and it has some history to it too. Used to be a brothel on the 2nd floor above the bar.
