Wait for one of the AMPs to go broke and then rent the space. Already divided into three or so rooms. Make it a private massage spa, members only, so you could screen all clients.

Back then we drank "Old Style" in the quart bottles. Damn you could by a whole case of 12 bottles for like 5 bucks! Those were the days.
